Deceptive, aggressive sales team I sent a request yesterday asking for the drive-out price on a Kia Telluride. This morning a young lady called me to follow up. I asked again for the price, and a minute or two later (without being put on hold) a man picked up the phone. He may have said he was a sales manager; I didn't catch his name. He told me in his fast-talking, domineering, used-car-salesman-way that Tellurides are a commodity and that this dealership can only talk to people in person and see if the finances line up. (I am already approved for $34k through Kia financing and we will pay cash for the rest.) As I understand it, Tellurides are still vehicles that need to be sold, and they can be ordered. However, I told the gentleman that I'd like to see the drive out price in writing and would not be visiting the dealership - which is hours from me - until I had that information. He told me to have a good day and hung up. Following this unacceptable behavior I called the dealership back to talk to the General Manager. The gentleman I talked to that time, Charlie, said they don't open until 9 (also a lie), put me on hold, and then hung up on me. He wasn't even aware of who I was or why I was calling. Why is this dealership so reluctant to provide an honest price? It seems as though their intention is to be as deceptive and aggressive as possible, and if we are not candidates for being pushed around then they don't want to do business with us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

New Car Purchase I just wanted to say Thank You to Jimmy Ferguson salesperson at Kia, he was great he came out in the rain to show my family and I cars. I wasn't really looking for another car because I already had an awesome Kia Soul named Brad. Jimmy gave us the price on a Sportage, and talked with my husband about another color so we looked at then went back to the Kia Sportage 2020 badass that we ended up purchasing. Jimmy worked with us and did as he promised. We did not spend forever their. He showed us what our Sportage offered, the great safety features, I test drove it, and signed on the line. Jimmy you are the man. This is my second purchase from Kia Fayetteville , I always receive great comments about the cars I purchase. So do yourself a favor go get you a new smoking hot kia. Customer Service Appointments Kia Service Dept appointment is a test in patience. Do not expect customer service or a positive experience if you call for a service appointment. I Kia Service Dept appointment is a test in patience. Do not expect customer service or a positive experience if you call for a service appointment. If the Rep can figure out the appointments without putting you on hold they eventually come back on the phone to say we have no appointments and to call back because they are busy! The Rep then Do My hung up the phone. Do not expect the service preformed to be anything more than poor. Car is returned dirty, not all parts are put back together correctly and items such as change is stolen from inside the vehicle. When problems are reported the service tech cannot find the basic problem or preform the most basic repairs. The Fayetteville Kia Service center and Dealer has gone from an excellent dealer to one of the worst ever over the last 2 years. This includes the sales persons but especially the terrible service scheduling and customer service. To bad because it used to be a great dealership. I have been a customer for over 20 years and now will no longer call this location for service or buy my new cars from them. I suggest all customers to driver a little further and go to the Kia dealership in the Southern Pines, NC location! More
