One of the BEST car buying experiences in over 38 years! More specifically, Jimmy Ferguson (our Sales Advisor) was top-notched throughout our first Kia car buying experience. We truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and one-on-one conversational skills. He should be commended for his dedication to duty which resulted in the "same" day purchase of the aforementioned vehicle from the Fayetteville Automall Kia instead of to a competitor car sales dealership (our next scheduled place to visit) just a couple of miles down the road! Moreover, it's important to mention the outstanding services provided by Steven Stackhouse (Sales Manager) throughout our interactions at the Fayetteville Automall Kia. Similarly, we truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and one-on-one conversational skills. Upon my return to Fayetteville Kia the next day after thoroughly reviewing all signed documentation that previous evening, we decided to cancel the "Kia Care Choice Maintenance Plan" soon thereafter. I especially liked the fact Steven (without hesitation) presented instructions to us of how to terminate the maintenance plan and to expect receipt of our full refund to be applied to (e.g., deducted from) the remaining automobile loan. That's a very good business practice indeed; we felt immediate relief for sure! Again, overall, visiting the Fayetteville Automall Kia was one of our best car buying experiences from any automobile dealership via direct/onsite interaction in over 38 years of automobile shopping and purchasing! Keep up the great work Fayetteville Kia! By the way, our eldest son was indeed ultimately surprised and extremely happy upon the presentation of the 2019 Kia Optima LX. It was given to him later that evening and captured on video via two Android smartphones. Then on the next day, it was shown to Jimmy upon his earlier request on the same day of our vehicle purchase! They will go the extra mile to help each customer regardless of what their status is. I know I've walked away from this dealership with a brand new car on several occasions when I had very little doubt it would happen. This is my dealership and I would highly recommend them to any and everybody in the market for purchasing a vehicle. My last vehicle, the KIA Seltos was the best. My salesperson was Cheryl Lindsey. She is the bombs!!! She is a hardworking lady and knows exactly what she is doing. She knows how to make the customer feel at ease and tells you everything going on from the beginning to end. I like that. Should I be fortunate to purchase another vehicle, I definitely want her to be my salesperson and would highly recommend her. More
I was turned down by some dealerships. One told me they could sell me a car as long as I didn't trade my old car in. With his help I was able to get a car I wanted and not one I had to settle for. I would recommend Butch and the kia dealership to others looking for a car. More
SHOULD NEVER HAVE TRUSTED THEM First off they brought me the wrong car. Then I was already pre-approved through capital one and was very clear with what I wanted, the car was $21,000. They, of course, made it all seem like they had everything settled with what I asked for. Well, come to find out no they financed it through them, WITHOUT telling me. Then they had me sign everything without verbally telling me how much they were financing, which was $32,000. The car IS ONLY WORTH a $20,000?!?! They had me thinking that everything they were doing was at my request and what I had asked for was what was given. Once I found all this out through my insurance company, I called them to talk, however every time I call they are unavailable and never gave me a callback, when I've left my information for them. ALSO, they haven't sent me any payment information, so I'm assuming they will wait till I have a late payment then charge me for that as well. I am so furious. I will never be working with them ever again or buying another Kia ever again. More

Deceptive, aggressive sales team I sent a request yesterday asking for the drive-out price on a Kia Telluride. This morning a young lady called me to follow up. I asked again for the price, and a minute or two later (without being put on hold) a man picked up the phone. He may have said he was a sales manager; I didn't catch his name. He told me in his fast-talking, domineering, used-car-salesman-way that Tellurides are a commodity and that this dealership can only talk to people in person and see if the finances line up. (I am already approved for $34k through Kia financing and we will pay cash for the rest.) As I understand it, Tellurides are still vehicles that need to be sold, and they can be ordered. However, I told the gentleman that I'd like to see the drive out price in writing and would not be visiting the dealership - which is hours from me - until I had that information. He told me to have a good day and hung up. Following this unacceptable behavior I called the dealership back to talk to the General Manager. The gentleman I talked to that time, Charlie, said they don't open until 9 (also a lie), put me on hold, and then hung up on me. He wasn't even aware of who I was or why I was calling. Why is this dealership so reluctant to provide an honest price? It seems as though their intention is to be as deceptive and aggressive as possible, and if we are not candidates for being pushed around then they don't want to do business with us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
