Absolute worst customer service ever for their Service department. Not only do they not answer their phones, nor return any phone calls, but they have the audacity to make decisions for the customer about department. Not only do they not answer their phones, nor return any phone calls, but they have the audacity to make decisions for the customer about my vehicle without even calling me! On top of that, I asked them to check the steering wheel for a clicking noise. They fixed it ….but then a over a week later we discovered they had disabled the windshield wipers! Utter and complete incompetence. More
They have had my 2003 Kia optima for a month now because the engine blew up, which it is being repaired by them because it’s under the recall warranty. Now they’re telling me a whole different amount of tim the engine blew up, which it is being repaired by them because it’s under the recall warranty. Now they’re telling me a whole different amount of time for them to have my car ready. They went from having 16 cars ahead of me when I drop my car off and now it’s 21 Cars ahead of me, which means I’m not gonna get my car back until probably the end of September. not only that, they don’t even provide a loaner car or a rental. They are not being helpful at all I pay my car on time. xxxx they may as well just give me a new xxxx car and start my loan over but that be much like doing the right thing considering that visit I will never purchase no deal with Kia ever again. More
I’m torn when writing this because while the service people are friendly every single time I have brought my car in their has been an issue. Twice I had to bring it back because even though I let it be people are friendly every single time I have brought my car in their has been an issue. Twice I had to bring it back because even though I let it be known when I scheduled it was for a recall they did not have the part when I got there. No call before hand saying don’t come We don’t have the part. I have to drive 40 minutes to get there and when they casually say oh can you bring it back. Frustrating. This time I called the same day because I had requested an appt online and had not received a confirmation or denial and the appt I had asked for was that morning. He said no your not on the schedule. He then gave me some other options which one was five o’clock the same day. I took it and showed up just to have them say sorry your not on the schedule and we are behind can you come back. I explained I had spoken to someone that morning and they had given me the time. So she went back to explain. Not sure what will happen or how long I will be waiting. This is the only dealer close to me or I would go elsewhere. More

Make sure you ask for him when you're there because he dealt with me honestly and was transparent about the vehicle's condition compared to my wants and needs. Rock was also was knowledgeable about out-of-state registration as I am a FL resident. I recommend him because he genuinely cares about helping customers find safe and fun vehicles to drive. This dealership is outstanding because they support veterans by employing them and I even noticed a military veteran discount sign by the checkout section for customers). Go to Kia before you go anywhere else! More
Do not work with Rock!! He made promises he could not keep on fixing the truck we bought. We asked for an item list of what was fixed with money we paid and was told they wouldn't provided it! His answer to me was pretty much you already bought the car so to bad so sad doesn't matter what I told you I would do. However our finance guy was AMAZING and so helpful. Recommend the company as I have bought a few cars from here but not this sales person. More
The salesperson really went out of their way in helping us a family in being selective in shopping the automotive market for a secondary, but handy vehicle.
