Made an appointment for a Wednesday, nobody called till Friday to tell me that it would be 3 days till they could look at it. The following week I called back on Wednesday and the said that they’d told me Friday to tell me that it would be 3 days till they could look at it. The following week I called back on Wednesday and the said that they’d told me Friday that it would be a week before they knew anything because it was a diesel and they only had one diesel tech. They ended up having the truck for 3 weeks to replace a fuse and do a manual regen. Absolutely terrible communication on their end and will never go back. More
I received wonderful service from staff and my car repairs were excellent. The only issue I had was I was told by my insurance company not to pay $500 deductible but repair shop insisted I pay the ded repairs were excellent. Absolutely the worst service ever received in my almost 64 years of life on this planet. I purchased this vehicle from this organization, they have done all the maintenance at this point, However, with the 64 years of life on this planet. I purchased this vehicle from this organization, they have done all the maintenance at this point, However, with their lack of leadership and follow through and their inability to Track Customer vehicles and keep customers informed and sealed their fate. I will never ever cross the threshold Of this organization ever again. And yes, the service “Director” and I had a long conversation. Lots of promises, lots of apologies. However when I called back again the next day, The service reps still had no idea where my vehicle was or the status of it, it wasn’t even in the system After two days of being on the lot. Absolutely abysmal. So bad that my vehicle is now at a Jeep dealership for service. More
They did nothing to my vehicle that I already didn't do. They charged me almost 180 to reset the codes and not even a day later the codes came back like we told them they would. There was opportunity in communication. There should not be an answering service that is not at the dealership.
