From the service guys who took the snow tires and old slush mats off from my trade and loaded them into my car, to Michael Forster who got me a great rate at a local credit union. Not to mention the great price he gave me for the Chrysler Factor plan. To my salesman, Brandon Massey who orchestrated all of this. I won't forget David Donlick who took the time to answer my call about an additional rebate. He took the time to email me back and ensure that I would be getting this additional money $$. I initially inquired about the vehicle online and Amariah Pardoe contacted me regarding the vehicle. We set up a time and she set me up with Brandon Massey to go over the vehicle. Other dealerships never returned my initial inquires or not as quickly as Amariah. Brandon Massey was excellent and a good listener. I told him exactly what I wanted and why and he followed through. The initial numbers for the trade and cost of the vehicle were excellent. I had a couple of concerns with credit, a current refund for a lifetime warranty on the trade, floor mats and snow tires. All of my issues were addressed. For example, I wanted to be sure that my new snow tires from my trade in vehicle would fit the Durango and he helped to ensure they would. He also promised that I could take the old slush mats from my trade. No problem.....he helped the service guys load them into my vehicle. This was a first class experience all of the way. It was a great experience buying a car from here and I will be sure to have my vehicle serviced from here down the road and give them the first chance at any future purchases.
