Chrysler Pacifica I initially did a lot of emails with Al Hynes. I initially wanted the grey one, but after many emails we decided the white one was a better fit. I went to the dealer, and they set us up with Jay, after telling me that Al was in Cortland and was the web consultant. Jay knew all off the details, and the white one was waiting for us. Before we drove it, Jay explained the operations of the vehicle. Never had that done before! We drove the white one, liked it a lot. We then drove a new Grand Caravan, and while it was a blacked out swagger wagon that looked awesome, the drive was not as good as the Pacifica. We tried an offer on a Limited, but it did not work. So we took the white one. We saw an issue with the hatch, got pics, and assured us it will be fixed in the near future. I have a second key coming as well. My trade offer was accepted, the price on the vehicle accepted, deal done. No hassle, no crap, no 20 minutes with the sales manager. Deal done. Piece of cake. We did add a warranty, and finance was short and sweet. First class deal, an excellent experience. You folks run a great dealership, and I will recommend you. We were in and out on about an hour and twenty minutes from test drive, trade in appraisal, and financing. We did lower our payment by about $25/month, too!
