Worked with Nicole the next couple days and got some good pricing options. Came in for a test drive and worked with Billy and Mike Boz. They showed me all the features and the test drive was great. They gave me a couple days to speak with the wife without high pressure to buy today. I followed up shortly after and we got the deal done. Quick and easy. No pressure. Great pricing. Great truck. less nerve raking than i thought would be. overall, my experience at this dealership was great. jason was prepared for my visit, i drove the car, he was responsive to my goal of keeping the pay overall, my experience at this dealership was great. jason was prepared for my visit, i drove the car, he was responsive to my goal of keeping the payments in a certain range and he was very low pressure. the manager went over everything as i had had a bad experience of hidden fees at another dealership. everyone did a great job and i love my car and the payment! the only suggestion is if the dealer knows someone has an appt to look at a specific car, it might be nice to have it pulled out and ready for the test drive. i know everyone does not always show up for scheduled appts, but the cars are packed in the lot so tight, it made it difficult to back it out. and when one is driving a different car for the first time, it might be a challenge to get it out of that tight spot. Justin was awaesome!! I brought my old 2012 Jeep grande Cherokee to Justin at Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge with little hope I would be able to get the new Jeep I wanted. But I brought my old 2012 Jeep grande Cherokee to Justin at Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge with little hope I would be able to get the new Jeep I wanted. But Justin came through!!! He got me in a brand new Jeep Grande Cherokee today! Paid the price I could afford even though I was not in the best financial situation with my old Jeep.
