I scheduled my appointment through Justin and met with him at the dealership on the date of my repair. Justin was courteous, polite and respectful with me, which I appreciated. Justin estimated it would take 60-90 minutes for my repair, which was done in about 30. I don't know if Justin did the work himself, or not, but I would like to publicly thank him and the mechanic/s who did the work (if it wasn't Justin) for a job well done.
