Jay went the extra mile today, even though it was raining, he went out with us to the car to make sure we knew knew how all of the features worked like the Stow and Go seating, the roof rack operation etc. He even set up both my wife’s phone and my phone to the U-connect system so we didn’t have to mess with it ourselves. Paper work was handled in a very efficient manner, cars I’ve purchased in the past took hours to complete the paperwork, at Fayetteville Dodge it takes minutes!
