Front Brake Repair My front brakes were making a loud rapping sound as I drove so I dropped my car off at Fayetteville Dodge because I always go there to service both my My front brakes were making a loud rapping sound as I drove so I dropped my car off at Fayetteville Dodge because I always go there to service both my 2010 Chrysler Sebring and our 2010 Dodge Nitro. It took a week to get the parts (front brake caliper adaptors) because of some sort of snafu with their shipment. That was the only hitch as after I picked my car up, the repair went well because the car drives as good as new now. Justin and Will kept me apprised in regard to the parts availability/shipment issue by touching base with me frequently. I'm fully satisfied with the repair that was done as I always have been when I've had my car serviced at Fayetteville Dodge. Great work folks! More

Experienced personnel and quality work After 61,000 miles it was time for the brake pads and rotors to be replaced. Because it is a Dodge dealership the parts for the rear wheels of my Chry After 61,000 miles it was time for the brake pads and rotors to be replaced. Because it is a Dodge dealership the parts for the rear wheels of my Chrysler 300 were not in their parts stock, but available the next day. Everything was explained to me and options were given as to when to complete the total work on all the brakes. An oil change and minor head light adjustment were done along with the front brake work. Additionally, my new cell phone would not "pair" with the car. Dealer service and sales personnel tried their best to "pair" the car and phone. Turns out that "UCONNECT" is not programmed for my phone. Overall, my experience was excellent. Professional, efficient and quality work. I constantly tell people that this dealer does excellent work. More
