Sales/service and parts go out of their way to make you happy. Pricing, relaxed atmosphere and convenience have retained me as a customer. I just returned my 2016 Ram 1500 for the new 2019 Ram 1500. Omg what a huge difference on overall improvements from exterior styling, improved drivetrain and interior refinements. My ‘16 Ram was my first Chrysler truck in 13 years. They have come a long way since then and hit a home run on the new ‘19 Ram. If your in the market for a Ram truck give Fayetteville Ram a visit. More

Best service of all time. I received a call call from my sales person Jay. He was following up on issue I was having with my brakes. Jay said can you bring your vehicle in to I received a call call from my sales person Jay. He was following up on issue I was having with my brakes. Jay said can you bring your vehicle in to be serviced so we can replace your brakes and rotars. I brought my vehicle in and Jeff and his team in service fixed my brakes and also took care of a minor othe issue free of charge. I said to myself who does this, calls you up and says bring your car in so we can fix it for free. Well the team at Fayetteville Dodge does. More
