Have fun with that Paid for diognosis and repair that was apparently not the thing that was broken. The A/C went out again. I Brought it back to get the standard dealership answer that I need a complete A/C system. I decided to do my own installation and it was frowned upon. Service manager attempted to charge for more diognosis time and voiced that all I wanted from them is a diagnosis ( in disapproval). My intentions should be of no concearn. As mentioned I paid for a diognosis and repair already. I thought we worked it out, but then told my teenage son “You and your dad have fun with that”. My son knew nothing about my decision or the conversation with the service manager. More

Severely disappointed I called to price a REPLACEMENT key and was told it was $70, plus 10 to cut, plus 50 to program. I said ok... only to find out I had purchased a VALET I called to price a REPLACEMENT key and was told it was $70, plus 10 to cut, plus 50 to program. I said ok... only to find out I had purchased a VALET key and NOT a REPLACEMENT key. The service manager was sympathetic, but couldn’t help. The parts manager was completely unsympathetic and offered to now sell me a replacement key for a mere $125 and no cut cost and maybe a discount on programming. I told her I already have that much in a key that honks my horn every time I unlock my truck and frankly I cannot afford another costly mistake. My family owned the Dodge dealership in Fayetteville for 45 years... I know how to take care of customers, and sometimes you have to stand by what your employee quoted to the customer even if he/she was mistaken and didn’t give them all the options. I look forward to telling everyone I know about the “service” at Fayetteville Dodge, and I also look forward to doing business with Russell Barnett. More
