laura you are well aware of my experience there . you and whoever was working on my truck assured me after spending 4200 all i needed was to get the exact hvac control module that y'all told me i needed and well once again it's back in the shop but not with y'all . as soon as i left there i took it to a different dealer and i have actuators that are failing and to be exact the recirculating one and the dash has to come back off to do it but also there may be something wrong with the hvac black box . y'all get people to spend money and nothen get gets fixed. oh well yeah my clock spring got fixed but i'll never recommend y'all to anyone

The very long an detailed review is 100% fact and I have proof! I’ve never written any company a bad review till this . And I have update, along with replacing a lifter , when I did a visual inspection I noticed your tech replaced both exhaust manifolds, the right bank has missing stud that fastens the heat shield (that is also missing).. I’ve been following up on this review and patiently been waiting for it to post what’s the delay????
