Worked with the jeep mechanic to trouble shoot an issue I caused. Instead of the mechanic listening to my issue, he started replacing parts. $1600 later I have a new throttle body. Still had the issue. When I commented to the service manager lady, were they going to replace parts until it was fixed. Instead of performing troubleshooting the issue? Told me they were unable to read the codes! So why not start there? Speaks volumes to the quality of their mechanics. I will not darken the door of that jeep mechanic dealership office ever again due to their substandard performance.. That mechanic did not fix my jeep. Just started replacing parts. I brought it home and had to correct the issue myself after spending $1600.00 I was told my jeep was fixed ready for pickup. Get Jeep home and still see that I get a reading of 11 V off my battery. REALLY! Minimum should be in the 13v range Mechanic was not available for me to talk with upon the day I was told it was ready. They said it was corrected. I bring the vehicle home and discovered that I can only get 11 volt of charge. According to the gauges and my volt meter. The next step was to replace another part according to the service manager however, that was not done. I accuse them of just replacing parts to try and fix the issue, instead of working like a real mechanic and finding the issue which I caused. The next I hear was jeep fixed, but turning over a “fixed” vehicle with only 11.3 volt at the battery is not fixed in my opinion. There is more to this story I’m sure..I felt the mechanic had an attitude. I get vehicle home and had to finish the mechanical corrections myself. What was the correction, discovered the positive cable to the primary battery was behind the engine bay between the firewall and engine. I get my vehicle done elsewhere now if needed. Lesson learned. Do your research before using the jeep mechanic at this jeep dealership. My issue is with the service manager and mechanic who worked on my jeep. Not the dealership. More
this place is a joke . i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. you will spend thousands of dollars and your vehicle will not be fixed , and will be lied to and will a i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. you will spend thousands of dollars and your vehicle will not be fixed , and will be lied to and will also be out of a vehicle for 2 and half weeks on a 4 day quoted job , but without any communication about anything. the management there doesn't give a crap either nor the gm . my truck is currently at a different dealership getting worked on to fix what never got fixed and still going to cost over 1000 bucks . if i could rate dodge at fayetteville tn zero i would but your not given that option. Paid ~ $160 & vehicle issue was not fixed. Brought back & still could not resolve due to not being able to obtain the required part. I would highly recommend that nobody use this dealership if they have a service contract. They do cash work first.my truck was there 29 days for a part to be installed that payed 3.2hrs book time as per ser if they have a service contract. I was also outta town and stranded for the first 13 days until I contacted Chrysler coustomer care and they arranged what the dealer should have arranged, a loaner. My truck was towed there disabled for 2 concerrns the 2n concern was a front hub earring that was so bad you could feel it in the steering wheel that they claim was tires witch were new and had less than 6 k miles on them .I asked them to rotate and retest drive. They told me they didn’t have time and to bring the loaner back . I was at motel hr away as they were aware half hr later left voice message if I don’t have loaner back ASAP, they were going to take other actions. After returning the loader they charged me 2 days for having loaner for too long!! Yes 29 days for a part that was common failure and was in stock at warehouse and there next morning. They lied so many times to Chrysler and ram coustomer care,from the mechanic had died and waiting on inspector to inspect. Witch I was following up on the last 20 days and inspector was there next morning as well. And very sad to say. They told me it was there oil change guy that had passed(lord bless his soul and Rest In Peace) Chrysler stated when I asked if 100 deductible could at least be waved. They asked the dealer and dealer rejected. So not only did I get put on back burner with service contract because cash coustomer they can charge what the want,I now got jamed with 2 days loaner and 200 in deductible if fixed both complaints on RO deductible is 100 for multiple complaints now had to bring to a real dealer and have front bearing replace for another 100 ded. This dealer is by far the worst dealer I’ve ever had business with. Out of desperation I went to sales the 13th day truck was there. Asked if they could do appraisal on my fully loaded ram. With ram box bed and work out price on a used 2019 ram they had 730000 sticker on. After not hearing back I called and sales said gen mgr is not interested in your 2016 loaded with leather ram with ram box bed, Really? How do they stay in business. Coustomer s. Beware. This is true story and would not wish the torture I endeard to anyone. Be safe all More
Got my car in pretty quickly. First Day they called with updates next they called with updates next 3 days I had to call them for updates. Then told me I had a bad wiring harness and bad PCM.
