Displeased I was scheduled for a routine oil ch age. I discovered through the service manager that the top oil camp was missing.l resulting in oil being displace I was scheduled for a routine oil ch age. I discovered through the service manager that the top oil camp was missing.l resulting in oil being displaced under the hood. The service manger advised that he has seen this numerous times with my model of truck. I called different service departments who rebutted this remarks. I also contacted two other friends who own a truck with a Cummins turbo diesel with each advising thatvthis has never happened. Fayetteville Didge was the last service depot I change my oil and/or service my vehicle. I cannot prove but suspect that someone the technician failed to tighten and/or replace the oil cap. Upon leaving the dealership I stopped a mile down the road to inspect under the hood. I discovered the top to an oil container which was left under the hood. More
