Unless you can diagnose your own problem they will not be any help. I’m assuming since I am a 20 year old female is the reason I was not taken seriously! When you pay over $35,000 for a jeep and you have a l any help. I’m assuming since I am a 20 year old female is the reason I was not taken seriously! When you pay over $35,000 for a jeep and you have a leak I’m assuming that would not set well with anyone! After being told 2 different times that I had no leak. Me the 20 year old female crawled under my new jeep to take a picture of the leak so the service department could see it. There response “looks like you came prepared this time”! After only having the jeep for one week and noticing the leak on my first visit I was questioned in a non professional way by the lady service manager about “what was in my washer fluid”. However the service department should have known what was in my certified preowned jeep. There was one gentlemen that knows me by name now that was very nice and helpful! More
