Poor customer service, really bad communication s, very bad experience, I took 2 days off work . Drove 7.5 hours, bought hotel , now my $500 hold fee is non refundable, this was not stated to me, no warran bad experience, I took 2 days off work . Called around and Fayetteville CDJR was the only one to get me in. I left multiple voicemails with zero return calls so had to keep calling until someone in service answered. They got my car in, had 1 loan get me in. I left multiple voicemails with zero return calls so had to keep calling until someone in service answered. They got my car in, had 1 loaner car available that was too small for my family, but didn’t seem concerned. There was zero communication during the process, other than to tell me it’s $5200 to replace my transmission. After I told them for the third time it is under Chrysler warranty, they said they’d call back. Never got a call, wouldn’t pick up my call, so had to drive there to figure out what was going on. Finally picked my car up two days ago and I am happy that my transmission is fixed. Got home and popped the hood to see my engine cover was never put back on. Called and someone actually picked up... said “oh yeah that happens all the time.” While washing my car today I noticed a lug nut is missing on the front driver side wheel. Im going to get one myself and put it on so I don’t have to deal with this shop. These are two things I noticed at a glance. What else was missed during the transmission replacement? I seriously hope everything was put back on because clearly there is no quality procedure or vehicle inspection before releasing to a customer. I am usually not one to complain coming from a service industry, however I know I would be reamed out by a customer if I did business like this. More
