Poor work ethic. Charged an hour of work for about 10 minutes of labor. They made me wait while they did several jobs at once. The labor rate was too high - $110/hr to diagnose my problem. Service department greeted me upon arrival and asked what I was in for. I told them I needed a tire rotation and oil change. They informed me where the customer lounge was located and took the car. Customer I was in for. I told them I needed a tire rotation and oil change. They informed me where the customer lounge was located and took the car. Customer lounge area was a nice and clean waiting area which I only got to enjoy for about 20 - 30 minutes before they returned my car. Great service and friendly professional help. More
