Sales person, told me last night that he would send me a purchase agreement only to tell me this morning that the truck had been sent out for upgrades. An hour later another sales person sent me an email a purchase agreement only to tell me this morning that the truck had been sent out for upgrades. An hour later another sales person sent me an email and then called me to ask me about getting the truck. I told him the other salesperson told me that the truck had been sent out for an upgrade. He said that he just saw the truck. He said he would check on it and call me back. He never did call me back and he pulled his email back. They are just a bunch of liars. Stay away!! More

we drove almost 2 hours to purchase jeep Wagoneer. Staff was very friendly till we signed papers and took our money. we had issues that the sales person would not take care of, would not return our ph Staff was very friendly till we signed papers and took our money. we had issues that the sales person would not take care of, would not return our phone calls. took us 6 months to resolve the issue. we had to contact Wagoneer support to help with our issue who were very friendly and helpful. Our local dealership has been tremendous even though we did not purchase at their dealership. unless you live local i guess they are treated different i dont recommend purchasing from this dealership. Its been 8 months and no one as called to see if our issues were taken care of. we were at this dealership almost 4 hours to purchase, that should been our first sign. second sign was with your credit got you a great rate till we signed papers, oh i made a mistake on your rate another sales tatic had to do over we would have got up and left More

Went through all the hassle of giving them my information and discuss a trade, only to find out they are not in fact giving the has a great discount. Went through all the hassle of giving them my information and discuss a trade, only to find out they are not in fact giving the advertised discount. They weren’t even willing to offer me the $1500 trade allowing they have online. When I addressed the sales manager about it, he said it was a glitch online. Not to be trusted. More

Worked with the jeep mechanic to trouble shoot an issue I caused. Instead of the mechanic listening to my issue, he started replacing parts. $1600 later I have a new throttle body. The mechanic issue I caused. Instead of the mechanic listening to my issue, he started replacing parts. $1600 later I have a new throttle body. The mechanic wanted to replace additional parts!!! Still had the issue. When I commented to the service manager lady, were they going to replace parts until it was fixed. Instead of performing troubleshooting the issue? Told me they were unable to read the codes! So why not start there? Speaks volumes to the quality of their mechanics. I will not darken the door of that jeep mechanic dealership office ever again due to their substandard performance.. That mechanic did not fix my jeep. Just started replacing parts. I brought it home and had to correct the issue myself after spending $1600.00 I was told my jeep was fixed ready for pickup. Get Jeep home and still see that I get a reading of 11 V off my battery. REALLY! Minimum should be in the 13v range Mechanic was not available for me to talk with upon the day I was told it was ready. They said it was corrected. I bring the vehicle home and discovered that I can only get 11 volt of charge. According to the gauges and my volt meter. The next step was to replace another part according to the service manager however, that was not done. I accuse them of just replacing parts to try and fix the issue, instead of working like a real mechanic and finding the issue which I caused. The next I hear was jeep fixed, but turning over a “fixed” vehicle with only 11.3 volt at the battery is not fixed in my opinion. There is more to this story I’m sure..I felt the mechanic had an attitude. I get vehicle home and had to finish the mechanical corrections myself. What was the correction, discovered the positive cable to the primary battery was behind the engine bay between the firewall and engine. I get my vehicle done elsewhere now if needed. Lesson learned. Do your research before using the jeep mechanic at this jeep dealership. My issue is with the service manager and mechanic who worked on my jeep. Not the dealership. More
