I truly couldn’t have asked for better service yesterday. Francois took over as my advisor for the days service even though he is actually the manager at Trevose Faulkner Volvo. He was extremely kind and patient and understanding and allowed me the time to explain each question I had for him and did not try to rush with me at all. He has such a pleasant way about him and he went above and beyond when it came to the care my car received, including the amazing wash my car was given and it was surprisingly so clean, more so than I’ve ever picked it up after being serviced before🤗. Then when I picked my car up I was helped by Mark, who luckily for me I get to deal with just about every time I call and come in for service! I’ve never met a more genuine sweet more hardworking employee who’s main concern is always making his customers happy and satisfied and always takes the time to get it all right! He will always go the extra mile for his customers and I always feel like an important customer when it comes to Mark. If Marks says he’ll take care of you when it comes to your cars service, trust him! Because he means it 100% and is a man of his word.
