It s now time to really yell the joy i feel. In early Sept. my 14 year old car was hit and totaled while it was parked on a street. when i contacted Faulkner Volvo, i spoke with a used car salesman Andy Sassane who helped me find the the perfect used car. a car that was not too old and would fit my budget. it was quite a find a 2016 S60, and runs like a gem. For this Mr Sassane deserves the dealership's highest marks for his approach to customer service. Conclusion our Mercedes Benz GL 350 was a total loss, it performed as expected like a brave soldier gave her up for us. Now we were in the dilemma of buying a new car, of course our first bet was going back to our trusted Fort Washington dealer, so I contacted them up and they start searching for a new GL for us. The very next day I called my friend from CrossFit 267 Mr Pat Duffy who works at the local Faulkner dealer on Street Rd & US Route 1 in, Southampton PA. Guess what? Mr Duffy took this situation personally, he introduced us with Mr Andrew Sassane a Volvo Faulkner specialist and he offered us a comparable vehicle to our MB GL a Volvo XC90. I wasn't love at first sight, but the dedication and the excellent service that the people at Faulkner's made our transition smooth and easy. We are reluctant to go to a dealer because they are pushy and invasive, not here, not at all, they were understanding and helpful, I didn't feel that we were "buying" a car but that we were helping in the midst of a bad experience. 48hs later they still helping us with information and more warranties I definitely recommend you to check them out and if you aren't sure what to buy, ask for Pat and he can direct you to the right people , if you are going twith Volvo contact our representative Mr Andrew Sassane and he will assist you all the way. But they were able to take me on the spot, and take care of it while I waited. It was fast, and they even washed my car when they were done. Everyone was very friendly. Pricing was right in-line with the costs I'd researched online, maybe even at the lower end of the range I saw. I'll definitely be returning when I need other repairs. Thanks! More
