I did not appreciate one bit that the loner we begged them to put us in was a sedan and we have a suv. The dealership has continued to offer poor service. This past time I brought my Atlas to have cruise control fixed. I was charged over $450 for the repair which coincided with an alignment. I immediately returned the car after picking it up because cruise control was not repaired. I was charged again for an alignment, even though the service department did not fix the original complaint I brought it in for. I have requested the service manager to contact me, I have not heard back from her. I have requested the before and after configurations on my Vin number for my vehicle and showing me that the alignment did occur both times. I have received nothing. The service department has just decided they can do what they want. They owe no explanation. They owe no justification and we’ll just continue to take advantage of customers. I don’t know if it’s because I am a female or if this is how they treat all customers, but I cannot continue to go to this dealership or recommend it to anyone else. More
