We just brought our 2008 Subaru Outback in for a 75k mike service and as always, the service was great. We were told what would be done for the service, cost, and how long it would take. When the service took longer then expected, they worked with my schedule to allow for a pickup that suited me. When I came in for pickup, they told me what was completed and how everything looked overall. One thing that I have always appreciated, that I rarely get elsewhere, is that CVM gives me a heads up of upcoming service that will be needed. For example, this time they told me that my tires will more than likely need to be replaced in about 5000 miles. With this being a business vehicle, it allows us to budget accordingly for the additional expense, protect our workers from having unsafe tires, and gives us piece of mind that someone is looking out for us. I bought my car there because of reasons like this and its because of this (and much more) that I will buy my next car from CVM and have referred others do so as well. More

Nadia was very knowledgeable and with the help of the used car manager and sales manager was able to get us a good deal. We were able to drive home our new Subaru a few hours after we walked into the dealership. It was a great car buying experience and I can only hope that all my future purchases will be the same. I bought my first Subaru from Cumberland Valley Subaru in 2009. I decided to try them again January 2012 because I wanted a roomier Subaru. I knew what I wanted and was able to get it with CVM! I'm hooked on Subaru's and I'm sure a big reason is because of the dealership.
