It's always a little scary when you find a truck on-line and take a chance that it is everything you want. With a new baby on the way and the purchase of a new vehicle a necessity, Zack put us at ease throughout the process. He was not pushy but rather listened intently to our questions and provided thoughtful knowledgeable answers. Further, Zack and the staff patiently worked through various options on both new and used vehicles to find the situation that was best for us (and our little one). I have always been a Ford customer but was unhappy with their choices this year. I was referred to CVM by a friend and found the vehicle that had everything I was looking for ... cargo space, backseat leg their choices this year. I was referred to CVM by a friend and found the vehicle that had everything I was looking for ... cargo space, backseat legroom, lumbar seat, AWD, ground clearance almost as good as the SUV I was trading in, and an on-the-highway 30 mpg. All my research told me I would love the inner workings of the Outback. The salesperson was very professional and spent unrushed time with me, answering all my questions and providing the information I needed. More

He was very helpful in providing us the information we needed in order to purchase a new car. We trusted him and that is what made the difference in the process for us. We knew that when the time came to find another vehicle, we knew who to call...Mark!! CVM's friendly atmosphere and customer service is outstanding and definitely opened us to experience the way car buying should be. it was definitely a worry free experience! Customer service went from best I have ever seen or encountered to the absolute worst I have ever experienced. My 2006 VW Passat was taken in for an oil pressure indicator light coming on. Dealership encountered to the absolute worst I have ever experienced. My 2006 VW Passat was taken in for an oil pressure indicator light coming on. Dealership was unable to verify issue but did find over $1,500 of additional work that needed done. Work took forever waiting for parts but a loaner car was issued. Within 50 miles of driving after car was picked up, the vehicle left my pregnant wife and son sitting in the cold one Sunday afternoon. Car was towed back to CVM and we were basically told that the car needed a new engine and they service dept did nothing wrong. Aside from that, the two truck driver found a mechanics tool under the hood that was left there by CVM. I was told to contact VW of America, which I did. I was assured by service dept manager that they would "go to bat for me". VW of America refused to do anything. Neither did CVM. Now I was left with a $1,500 repair bill, a $100 towing bill, and a car without an engine. Cost to fix the engine originally would be " at least" $3,500, but was "over" $6,000 by the time the vehicle was looked at. I was referred to the sales department. Nothing was ever offered or prices reduced to compensate for the mistakes. In fact, I had to fight the labor charge that was accrued after the vehicle was towed back in. Experience witht he sales dept. was fine. Personally, I feel that the original repair charge should have been refunded or a discount given on a new vehicle, but again, nothing was offered. More
Ms. Callahan was very knowledgeable about the Subaru line and proactive in getting me the options I wanted. This is the second time I have leased a car from CVM and would do so again. Mr. Fitting was excep and proactive in getting me the options I wanted. This is the second time I have leased a car from CVM and would do so again. Mr. Fitting was exceptionally helpful in getting some service-related issues taken care of in a professional, friendly manner, and worked with me on my budget. More
My experience with Zack was excellent. He surely has a promising future. He was outgoing, without being overbearing. He was attentive to the details (to the extent that he reminded me I might have left CD promising future. He was outgoing, without being overbearing. He was attentive to the details (to the extent that he reminded me I might have left CD's in the car I was trading in--I had!). He was very good with managing the price/trade process, and he found just the car I wanted at another dealer and got it in for me. I'd deal with him again in a heart-beat, but of course, we know my new Subaru will be around for a while before I need a new one. This is my third new Subaru, and I'm a happy camper! More
