Really pleasant experience Other than knowing that I wanted a Volkswagen, I was only sure of what I didn't want when I entered the dealership. Ryan was very patient and helpful in narrowing down what would work best for me. He was also very patient while I figured out how I wanted to handle the financing. It also impressed me when he stressed the fact that Faulkner wants customers to have a great driving experience, not just a great buying experience. So far, it's been just that. More

What a great experience in buying a vehicle. I am the type of consumer who extensively researches products before ever buying.When it came to a brand of vehicle I had no previous experience with it was type of consumer who extensively researches products before ever buying.When it came to a brand of vehicle I had no previous experience with it was nice to have a knowledgable staff for answers the internet just couldn't provide.The staff totally understood my conservativeness and always let me test drive different models to narrow my search with no pressure sales. They were informative, and provided me with comparisons and purchase breakdowns and incentives to maximize my overall value and helped me to get the car model and package I desired.Ian and Mark were an awesome team that helped me through out my car buying experience. I would encourage anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle to look for this dealership for a great buying experience. More

My first visit to CVM Subaru was at the end of this pas summer. Jessica Evans assisted my family with professionalism even though I was just starting my search at the time for a car for my son. She was pleasant, not pushy, respectful, and was very knowledgeable on the vehicles. At no time did she ever talk down to us. When i was ready to purchase a car I contacted her and she provided prompt follow up with zero typical sales tactics. Upon scheduling and appointment to drive the car she was unable to be there so Zack Beishline assisted us. At no time did he try to rush us or just "get the sale done." He picked up and was as professional and polite as they come. Upon doing the paperwork to complete the sale Cory Wright was on top of things and very respectful to my wife and son. I would recommend Jess or Zack to any of my friends or family. The process was about as painless as it could be and was actually very positive. More

He is without a doubt a wonderful person to deal with. My most recent car sales person Leigh Miller is also the best. Between the both of them they made my most recent car experience wonderful and fun. I cannot say enough about either one of them. My fiance and I were in a tight spot. We had leased a car that we really loved, and found out we were pregnant a month after. We needed a much different vehicle at a much different price. The negative e car that we really loved, and found out we were pregnant a month after. We needed a much different vehicle at a much different price. The negative equity we owed was outrageous and we ran out of options fast. Ian and Monique did they best they could to help us. Our payment was lowered by about $40 and we got the space we needed. We didn't end up with a perfect scenario, but it could have been worse. Looking forward to dealing with Ian in the future. More

My CVM experience was INCREDIBLE and the service was leaps and bounds above automotive dealerships I have dealt with in the past. My sales consultant, Mark Heverling, was and continues to be a valuable resource in my switch to a Jetta TDI. Mr. Heverling walked me through the various features and luxuries of my new ride and helped me to sync my devices. I can fully attest to the fact that my customer satisfaction is through the roof. But, buyer beware - the financing department will keep trying to get more money out of you to the point where this dealership still owes me $50 all?
