Sales department is great. Financing department is great. Service department are THIEVES! Be wary of them. I bought the car brand new from them. During vacation a rock put a very small crack in the windshield, which I promptly had professionally repaired. That year, Faulkner did the inspection and it passed no problem with the repair. This year, they would not pass the inspection because of the windshield, even though they passed it before. Then they tried to gaslight me about it. When I showed them proof they passed it last inspection, they shrugged and made excuses. Absolutely ridiculous for a car with fewer than 20K miles on it! Last time I will use their service department. Total incompetence. It also took them more than 8 hours to do a simple inspection! More

My wife and I can't thank Fernando and Joe enough for showing us the four different vehicles we were interested in. Prius, corolla cross hybrid, Rav4 hybrid and the Venza nightshade. We tried getting in showing us the four different vehicles we were interested in. Prius, corolla cross hybrid, Rav4 hybrid and the Venza nightshade. We tried getting in and out of all of them. The prius and the Corolla cross hybrid were not a good fit. We are older people and were looking for something that sat a little higher and was easier to get in and out of. The Rav4 for came close, but the Venza nightshade fit our needs the best. We were not pushed towards any of them which was nice! More
