During vacation a rock put a very small crack in the windshield, which I promptly had professionally repaired. That year, Faulkner did the inspection and it passed no problem with the repair. This year, they would not pass the inspection because of the windshield, even though they passed it before. Then they tried to gaslight me about it. When I showed them proof they passed it last inspection, they shrugged and made excuses. Absolutely ridiculous for a car with fewer than 20K miles on it! Last time I will use their service department. Total incompetence. It also took them more than 8 hours to do a simple inspection! More
