The finance manager was AWFUL!! - rude and disrespectful because we wouldn't take their warranty. SERVICE and BODY SHOP were DREADFUL!! Bought a BRAND NEW 4-runner that had chips in the paint when we purchased that they promised to repair. It took THREE attempts for them to correct it properly. 1st attempt - came back with poorly corrected paint protectant film (PPF) 2nd attempt - came back with a mangled grill and paint gouged around the grill 3rd attempt - took 2 weeks to fix the additional damage. - - they didn't order the proper materials prior to receiving our vehicle - so our 4Runner sat on their property for 1 week after we drop it off. Won't take our vehicle back to them ever again. More
