This dealer sold a truck with a broken tailight, bed held down with mechanics wire and a xxxxed up loos bed bolt. They put inspection stickers on it and refused to replace anything. We were there 10/28, test drove a car, discussed financing, they advised us what we need down, and we left, told us that our financing was good for 30 days, called them back Sat evening and Monday t financing, they advised us what we need down, and we left, told us that our financing was good for 30 days, called them back Sat evening and Monday to let them know we were ready to do business and they ghosted us. The sales representative ,Marianne S. ,was WONDERFUL ! She worked hard to get me a great deal !The management response was AWEFUL ! They had a car that was exactly what I have been loo ,was WONDERFUL ! She worked hard to get me a great deal !The management response was AWEFUL ! They had a car that was exactly what I have been looking for, and I was going to drive from Virginia Beach, VA, to Harrisburg, PA, to trade my car for the Highlander they advertised. They would not hold the car for me. I offered a $2000. non refundable deposit to hold the car. Management refused ! Management was aware I was in the middle of some serious health issues, and they still refused to work with me ! There was no way, I was going to drive 300 miles, if they would not guarantee me, the car would be there when I arrived ! This takes stupidity to a whole new low level! More

I've had service done by them on a car I didn't buy there. They seemed nice enough and very responsive. Fast forward to now. I am Leasing a car from them, their service hours are the hours I'm at work. there. They seemed nice enough and very responsive. Fast forward to now. I am Leasing a car from them, their service hours are the hours I'm at work. I asked if i could give them my tire to look at and put the spare on. So i could go back to work. I was met with reservation. He was talkin out loud when I got there, about how it makes him do extra work because I can't leave my car. They don't have a shuttle service, so I'm not sure how he thinks I'm going to get back to work. I follow up the next day to see if i can get an answer about my tire. No real answer, just that it's not under warranty, they can't fix it because i drove on it. I call 4 hours before closing and leave a message. Crickets. I already said yes to the repair so i guess he can ignore me now. I realized he never actually told me what was wrong with my tire initially, did it have A nail? I wouldn't recommend working with Lee Sprout. Very rude and not willing to compromise. More

I have seen a few reviews related to me, They are not learning from it. Last week I literally got a call from one of the salesperson Julia I guess, saying come and see a car that just arrived in. I rushed there driving 45 mins , and as soon as I got there, it was sold to others. My time and gas wasted for no reason. I don't appreciated that at all. More
