Unprofessional and rude Very ignorant unprofessional group at your dealership. Would not recommend. First salesman Marc refused to try to negotiate a price and ran and got a Very ignorant unprofessional group at your dealership. Would not recommend. First salesman Marc refused to try to negotiate a price and ran and got a sales manager. He stated what are we going to do go back and forth here. I believe that is called negotiating and a salesman should understand that. I removed my self from the office until he was replaced. The purchase price was decided and Jason in finance came up with a wrong sales price, which was more, and also had to assisted by a manager to figure it out on his system. I thought I was on a hidden camera show it was so bad. I work as a registered nurse in a inner city hospital and if I acted as your staff did I certainly would not have a job. More

Faulkner Toyota Trevose: Excellent service for 18 years! I have been a customer of Faulkner Toyota Trevose since 2001 when I bought my 2002 Corolla there. I took my Corolla ONLY to Faulkner Toyota Trevose f I have been a customer of Faulkner Toyota Trevose since 2001 when I bought my 2002 Corolla there. I took my Corolla ONLY to Faulkner Toyota Trevose for all maintenance and repair. If my Corolla had not been totaled in 2017 when the driver behind me failed to stop after cars ahead of me suddenly stopped on an expressway, I am sure Faulkner Toyota Trevose's wonderful Service Department would have still had my Corolla running perfectly. I purchased my 2017 Toyota Yaris from Faulkner Toyota in June 2017. And I have taken my delightful Yaris ONLY to Faulkner Toyota Trevose's Service Department for all maintenance and repair so far, and plan to continue to do that, just as I did throughout all the years with my Corolla. Tom Hunton, the Head of the Service Department, Shannon, the service team manager who always oversees work done on my car, and Jon, my special service technician, are experts, AND they are always pleasant to deal with. (And the same is true for Bruce Glantz, the sales person who very efficiently handled the purchase of my Yaris after my Corolla was totaled.) So I recommend Faulkner Toyota Trevose to all my friends, to everyone I work with, and even to strangers on the street. In my opinion, this is the BEST auto dealership in the Philadelphia area, and most likely, in the whole world. I am convinced no other auto dealership anywhere could treat its long-time, loyal customers any better, or provide its long-time, loyal customers with any better maintenance and repair service, or provide better sales service when those long-time, loyal customers need to purchase a new car! More
