Service on 11-2-18 I had to purchase 4 new tires along with an inspection and other services that were performed on my car on this date totaling $1748.74. One of my old tires was fairly new and was supposed to be placed in my trunk once service was completed. When I returned home my fairly new tire was not in my trunk and the service department was closed so I contacted them on the next day to learn the technician forgot to place the tire in my trunk but the tire was located and I could pick it up. This was an inconvenience for me and I expected to receive something for the inconvenience. Therefore I could not give a rating higher than a 4 which I consider gracious since I was inconvenienced. All was fine until it came time to sign the paperwork. I was outside cleaning out my old vehicle when my sales rep came out and hurried me into the financiers office. Without having time to talk with my uncle, I began signing paperwork, most of which I did not fully understand. I was coaxed into buying add-ons that in hindsight I did not want. In particular the powertrain warranty. After all was said and done I was driving home with my uncle when he asked if I bought the warranty. He said while I was outside, the sales rep ask him to convince me to buy the warranty, his response "no". At this moment is when the sales rep came out and hurried me into sign the papers. From my perspective the sales rep was purposely keeping me and my uncle separated so I would buy the warranty (an extra $1300+). I do not consider this good or honest business. More

The finance guy work so hard with other bank to lower our finance interest. We were in shock.!!!! We still do not believe that we ever got lower interest with our bad credit. I am so greatful that we found them, they are awesome team. If there's a choice for 10 stars I would probably give it to them. They even stay late because of us. Nail in tire While i was driving my car indicated low tire pressure. I phoned manager assistant, Greg Koldhoff who advised me to bring my car in to be serviced.
