Mr Rocchi insured i understood the vehicle, warranties and all the "gadgets". i then met with finance and completed the no pressure transaction. i will return to Faulkner and would recommend this dealership. it was a breath of fresh air and pleasant surprise in todays times. Joann Burgos is an excellent service center rep. I mainly come back to Faulkner Toyota Service Center because of Joann Burgos, my service rep. I went with him several times and the service reps are all business. Limited communication and care for the customers needs. When Joan was out on sick leave, I had other reps at Faulkner Toyota. Although they did their job and the service was done to my satisfaction, the reps were not as customer friendly as Joann. Feel very comfortable dealing with her. On Thursday, I overheard another male customer stating the same about Joann in the waiting lounge area. More
