Service was done when promised I had a recall notice..i made appointment with another dealer (team). They had my car all day. When i went to pick up my car they said they didn't hav I had a recall notice..i made appointment with another dealer (team). They had my car all day. When i went to pick up my car they said they didn't have the part after they assured me it was in. When i called faulkner totally different experience...i dropped my car off..was given a loaner i was only home an hour or two when i got a call saying my car was done..i know where I'll look next time i need service..thanks More

Lost trust I have my fog light is out for almost year. I did 3 services with you before and it was never changed. When I did 30k service which is paid service n I have my fog light is out for almost year. I did 3 services with you before and it was never changed. When I did 30k service which is paid service now they pointed out everything wrong with car. Sorry new cars don't get bad at 30k only. This Incident made me not to go back anymore for service. More
