Service, inspection and windshield I needed service quickly and they were able to accommodate me. Toyota service was very understanding, never bothered me to return the loaner, didn't charge anything additional costs due to my condition. Picked up the car 3 days late. Met with smiles n concern. Car was clean and driving great. Love this service center. Im also a licensed vehicle damaged appraiser and can be tough on repair centers but there is no need here More

Excellent service and ability to simplify buying a car Recently leased a 2019 Camry Hybrid, we knew exactly what model and features and that we wanted to come in to the dealership once and ride away in a n Recently leased a 2019 Camry Hybrid, we knew exactly what model and features and that we wanted to come in to the dealership once and ride away in a newly leased Camry. Angeline Kudzmas (Faulkner Sales) got us exactly what we wanted. First, should recognized that we wanted to lease the car on the same day that we were first contacted, she made this happen! Second, we had not been able to find a dealer who had the model and features we were looking for. Angie took over and found the car at another dealer within 1 hr. Next she got the car transported to Faulkner the same day and made it ready for delivery. On a final note about listening to the customer: Sometimes dealers spend a lot of time going through what seems to be a checklist of things to ask the customer, this leaves us feeling like we are working for the dealer sales person rather than the other way around. Angie, on the other hand, listened to what we wanted and made it work. We got the questions we wanted addressed with authoritative answers (i.e., when Angie needed to check with her manager, she automatically did that without wasting our time). Overall, it was a pleasure working with Angie, we left as a very satisfied customer and would want to work with Angie again when we buy our next Toyota. More

Not happy with the changes in the service department I brought my car in for a state inspection and asked about tires. I had a coupon for a free state inspection with the purchase of an emissions inspec I brought my car in for a state inspection and asked about tires. I had a coupon for a free state inspection with the purchase of an emissions inspection that I gave to the service rep, I was not given the discount. Tires were recommended, and when I did my records research at home, I realized that the 70,000 mile warranty tires your dealership put on for me only had 40,000 miles on them, I called to get some warranty assistance. I was told the warranty had to go through Pirelli, when I asked for guidance on how to contact them, I was told you just sell and install the tires and have nothing to do with the manufactures warranty. When I found the number for Pirelli, on my own, they were shocked by that response, because dealers are their authorized sales centers. This is the culmination of a number of issues like this. When I started coming in to you back in 2004, the experience I had was much different, it felt like family, now, it feels like my questions are an annoyance. I currently own three Toyotas, and until now, if I didn't do the work on them myself, I brought them to you. Sadly I believe that is going to change. My last few interactions with your service advisors has been less than acceptable, to the point it is no longer tolerable. I'm sure your competition will be grateful to you for your change. It's a shame, because Ricky, the mechanic that has taken care of my cars is excellent, but the loss of Greg, and the personal touch he gave as an advisor is devastating!!!!! More
