Bruce and the entire Faulkner team were nothing short of amazing in getting me the exact Prius I wanted in a really short amount of time. I met with him on Friday, and by Monday evening, I was driving home in my new car. Used car warranty I purchased a used car from them, and within two weeks was getting the check engine light.
