Also, I was able to ship tires in and have them replaced. I liked how we communicated via text, but I wish the service writer responded slightly faster. Other than that I was pretty satisfied with the entire job. The clutch, bearings, and tires have no trouble since installation. More

They made a mistakes I purchased a used 2017 RAV4 in December and the experience was very pleasant. No high pressure sales or being talked down to but they did make a mis I purchased a used 2017 RAV4 in December and the experience was very pleasant. No high pressure sales or being talked down to but they did make a mistake with the extended warranty. They quoted a warranty with with a much higher mileage rating than the one the sold me. I figured it out that night and noticed that it differed by almost 20,000 miles. When I went back the next day, they were very apologetic and ended up giving a much better warranty at the same price to resolve the problem. It not that they made a mistake was the issue, but it was how they resolved the issue that was important. Based this experience I would high recommend they. More
