3 days turned to 3 weeks Made a reservation and the initial review said it would take 3 days to replace my bumper and fix a small dent in the lift gate. Called 4 days later and was told on a Thursday my car was in paint and would be ready the following Tuesday. I when I didn’t hear from them on Tuesday I called and was told my car was in paint and would be ready by the end of the week. I called on Friday and was told the car was in paint and that is would be ready the following Monday. At this point I had given up hope that this shop A) would ever tell me the truth and B) that I may ever get my car back. I never heard from them on Monday, waited until Wednesday to call and was told my car should be out of paint and done the following day. It was finally completed at 2:30pm. 18 days. From what they told me my car was being “painted” for 15 of those days. The person assigned to my repair was unresponsive, never called, never explained the delay, and made his front desk staff deal with me because he was too “busy” to talk to me on the phone or in person. Faulkner made a mistake to route all of their Mazda/GMC repairs to this location. Not only will I never use them again but I may not buy another car from them either. 12 years of loyalty gone. That said, the front desk staff was helpful and understanding and did everything from a client relation standpoint, and for that I thank them. More
My Faulkner Toyota experience I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, & knowledge that was extended to me on April 13,2018 when leasing my 2018 Toyota Cam I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, & knowledge that was extended to me on April 13,2018 when leasing my 2018 Toyota Camry. Tim Mellor provided me the ultimate in what a sales person should provide in selling it's product. He answered all of my questions, explained in detail all aspects of the vehicle. He treated me with respect & I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I also was impressed with my interaction with both Rob Lewis & John Hogan. More

They both put the "A" in Awesome! Tim had my car ready before I arrived. Because he was very proactive during the financing stage, we were out in an hour! This is the fastest ever! Bill is the man! He educated us on some important things and had the mortgage docs ready so fast that I had to ask "are we done already?". I have bought several cars and this is by far the BEST experience I have ever had!!! Keep up the good work guys! More

I went to Faulkner Toyota and the experience was totally different the sales man Bruce Glantz asked what exactly what I wanted and then proceeded to find it for me. He is totally knowledgeable about ALL the autos, and was not pushy, just friendly, warm, funny and concerned about us as purchasers and as human beings. This past Monday, we purchased our 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid from him. He helped us with all phases of our concerns and was totally up on all points of the car. We were not in the agency for a long time, as was conscious of our time and made the purchase very smooth. We actually went back to this dealership because of Mike. I would highly recommend to him and this agency to anyone. A real joy and pleasure!!! More

Additionally there was 0 communication about the dates being changed, I had to call them in the due dates to find out if the repair was complete. Overall I am satisfied because the work was really good, they just need to improve their communications with their customers. More
