Outstanding service I brought my car in after driving over a piece of antenna that punctured my tire causing it to go flat. Since I recently replaced all four tires, I w I brought my car in after driving over a piece of antenna that punctured my tire causing it to go flat. Since I recently replaced all four tires, I was hoping they were still under warranty and they were. Greg Koldhoff provided excellent customer service as usual. When I walked in and told Greg what happened, he immediately went to work to fix my problem. Although they were very busy that day, Greg made me feel like I was priority number one. He spoke with the service guys and my car was taken car of quickly. Greg let me know approximately how long it would take so I could make a decision to stay or go home. Which was important since it was a work day. I appreciate how quickly Greg got a new tire and the maintenance crew got it on my car. Greg is always a pleasant and accommodating when I bring my car in for service. I realy enjoy dealing with him because I know he will tell me what’s going on and give me some workable options. That is the reason I continue to bring my car to the dealership. Great job Greg! More
