This is our second Subaru within the last two years. Have nothing but great things to say about all involved! From the salesman to the finance people, the service and parts department. Great deals on the bot nothing but great things to say about all involved! From the salesman to the finance people, the service and parts department. Great deals on the both Outback Touring cars we purchased. The first was a 2019 model and the second a 2021. The new 21 is so far a great vehicle. Love the styling and all the improvements done over the two years between them. The ride is solid, comfortable and so far meets or exceeds our expectations. Looking forward to many enjoyable years of driving the new Subaru. Thank you Faulkner Subaru! More
Very pleasant experience. Mike took great care to spend time explaining each feature of the Crosstrek I was buying, and had me take a nice long test drive to try it out. Kristie was great with the 2 week f time explaining each feature of the Crosstrek I was buying, and had me take a nice long test drive to try it out. My husband can't hear very well and with sales person wearing a mask it was even harder for him. The sales person got irritated, and impatient. She has to realize when working with older people patient wearing a mask it was even harder for him. The sales person got irritated, and impatient. She has to realize when working with older people patients is needed. The manager was rude when my husband didn't understand the extra warranty that Faulkner sales. My husband agreed not realizing he was paying another $6,000 over sale price of the car. Finance Manager was very deceiving. After we got home and read the contract, he realized the amount. We had 30 days to cancel When we called the Manager, he told us we were wrong it meant we couldn't cancel anything in 30 days It didn't make sense. We ended up calling the main dealership and they took care of the problem /we finally got it canceled. We will never buy another car of this dealership. More
TLDR: Lack of transparency during sales process, delivered vehicle with undisclosed interior and exterior damage, provided zero assistance post sale to remedy situation. Living up to the “used car delivered vehicle with undisclosed interior and exterior damage, provided zero assistance post sale to remedy situation. Living up to the “used car salesman” stereotype of dishonesty. Full Description: Due to Covid, I purchased a vehicle from the Faulkner Subaru website - a used 2019 RAM 1500. My first contact after an internet inquiry was Renae Friend who was pleasant enough during our brief interaction. I was then contacted by Brandon Desch, a salesperson. Based on the Faulkner website photos and information contained therein, and those relayed to me Brandon, I was lead to believe the vehicle condition was excellent condition. My confidence was bolstered after being told that prior owner, Chris Hacker, was currently a Faulkner sales manager. We negotiated a price and I put down a $500 deposit. Delivery was scheduled a couple of days later and, in the meantime, I sold my current vehicle to make room for the Ram. Faulkner delivered the car to my home mid-afternoon on Friday Oct 16 during a rainstorm. Due to the rain I was unable to perform a thorough exterior inspection of the vehicle exterior (rain hides paint imperfections extremely well). Since I thought I had received a thorough and accurate evaluation of the vehicles condition during the sale process, I wasn’t overly concerned. However, that changed immediately upon inspecting the interior of the vehicle, which had an overpowering scent of air freshener and an underlying scent of cigarettes. I immediately contacted the Bradndon who informed me that, yes, he was aware that it had been smoked in, and that Renae from the internet department should have told me. He expanded his response by stating "Yes, the former owner was a smoker, but not heavy.” And that “I iodized and chlorine bombed the inside before delivery" meaning he attempted to mask the smell temporarily to get through closing the deal, but purposely did not disclose it to the customer prior to delivery. As noted, rain allowed for only a cursory review of the exterior condition of the vehicle at the time of delivery. The next morning after the rain subsided, I went out to more thoroughly inspect the car and discovered numerous scratches/dents on the vehicle exterior that were not disclosed, evidence of prior damage/paint work and that the interior cigarette smell had intensified overnight. I again contacted the salesperson to express my displeasure with the lack of transparency with respect to the condition of the vehicle and pre-existing damage. His response with respect to the body damage, "I can't honestly say I noticed it". There was an approx. 2.5 foot long scratch down the entire length of the front passenger door – very noticeable, a dent/damaged paint to the passenger side rocker panel and evidence of body/paint work to the passenger rear door. All of these items should have been disclosed prior to delivery and especially since the prior owner worked for the selling dealership. Long story short, my vehicle was already sold, and I didn’t have the time or resources to extend my search for another vehicle. It’s now 10/29/20, Brandon has stopped responding to my messages, and I have yet to receive any meaningful follow-up as promised by him at the time of sale. A real “buyer beware” transaction, which is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership. More

When I arrived there were cars all over the placed randomly blocking traffic, no order at all. When I went inside all of the faces are new. A man behind counter told me all the loaner cars are on a first come first serve basis, but I could rent one from Enterprise and they would reimburse me. He was rude and dismissive, not at all helpful. Waste of time 100%, went to another service area. Get your act cleaned up guys!!! More
