There was "nothing" they could do. They might as well have a turnstile installed because once you leave don't try to go back. Magically their tone changes pretty quick. More
Three's a charm, so is Sandy! I just purchased my third Forester from this dealership. I'll never forget the first time I stopped by in 2010. I narrowed my preferences down to 3 I just purchased my third Forester from this dealership. I'll never forget the first time I stopped by in 2010. I narrowed my preferences down to 3 brands, and was pretty sure I would eliminate the Forester. After reviewing the pros and cons with Sandy, my "go to" salesperson, I told her I had another dealership or two that I wanted to visit. She smiled kindly and said "okay, you'll be back" - she was very low key, but confident. So I said goodbye, figuring I'd probably never see her again. Was I shocked to discover that the other cars didn't come close to the quality of the Forester, and the other dealerships couldn't match the deal or the welcoming attitude I encountered at Faulkner Subaru. And the great deals and personnel keep me coming back. Additionally, the service department set-up is extremely convenient, the waiting room is comfortable and accomodating - I can even bring my dog along!! More

Well, it was also the only stop.We found just what we were looking for, a Subaru Crosstrek. Our salesperson, Sandy Dragovan, answered all of our questions and the price was right. Thought it was Good- ended up being wrong. Had my car in for a simple oil change (25,000 miles)a few weeks ago. Service advisor told me I needed tires, that mine were 6/32. Was totally shocked Had my car in for a simple oil change (25,000 miles)a few weeks ago. Service advisor told me I needed tires, that mine were 6/32. Was totally shocked since I JUST replaced them the week before. But since I didn't know what exactly the tech was seeing, I declined new tires and paid and left. Went directly to an auto parts store and bought my own tire depth gauge and found them all to be in NEW condition,11/32. I come up with one of two conclusions:1., based on my mileage, they assumed I needed tires without even looking at them or 2, I was being hustled for new tires. I contacted the service manager and relayed this information- expected a call back with some sort of explanation, got nothing. Last ditch effort, I called my salesman who was great, and he passed it on to a sales manager. Got a message from the manager with times to call back, which I attempted 3 times with no success. Left a message and still have not heard anything several days later. I've lost all trust in the dealership and despite being convieniently close, I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
I purchased my second new Subaru Since my previous experience was so good in purchasing a SUBARU CROSSTREK for my wife last year, I decided to return to Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg to Since my previous experience was so good in purchasing a SUBARU CROSSTREK for my wife last year, I decided to return to Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg to purchase a SUBARU OUTBACK. My salesperson Sandy Dragovan was who I dealt with last year and was definitely the salesperson I wanted to deal with this time around. As she did previously, she was very easy to work with and very attentive to my needs and wants for my purchase. After a bit of negotiating we settled on a price and it was a GO! She was able to get everything done that day to allow me to return the following day to "sign away" and drive out with my new car. Very easy and very hassle-free. Sandy and all the staff there were terrific and I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a quality car and quality service. Thank you to everyone at Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg More

Sold the car I wanted on my way in to dealership. I had been speaking with Karen about 2 diff used cars I was interested in but couldn't get in till 1230 on Saturday. I sent her an email that i decided on the blue car Friday evening. Saturday morning she sent text car was available and I would be in at 12:30. On my way to the dealership the car was sold. Poor customer service! More
