We were interested in seeing the new look of the Subaru Outback. Frank answered all of our questions. We checked out the vehicle, test drove and liked the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour which was the fastest I ever purchased a car. Furthermore, he follows up with me periodically to ensure that I am satisfied with my purchase as well as the service I receive from Faulkner Subaru which I think is outstanding customer service. He even takes my car for service when needed. Never have I experienced this before. I will only buy cars from Faulkner from now on. More

Because of a job change I needed a car very quickly. I was visiting dealers of the brands I was interested in. My primary visit was to obtain information and pricing. Each dealer was informed that upon review of the information I would be back to test drive the car I was interested in and make a decision at that time. Sandy was fine with that. I was not hustled off to a sales manager for an immediate close or additional pressure. As was the case with the Hyundai, Toyota and Kia dealerships. Upon my return a quick test drive was made, confirmation of pricing and availabilty was supplied. Due to my time restraints that day, Sandy could not finalize the sale. But, I believe, she did take the vehicle I wanted off the market and place a sold sign on it. I returned a couple days later to sign the papers. The credit manager was pleasant and as friendly as Sandy. Within 90 minutes of my arrival I was driving home in my new Legacy. More

After the other test drive, we came back and said we wanted to purchase the Outback in the showroom. It was ready for us to drive home that day!! There were none of the "gimmicks" that we have experienced with other dealerships and we've been shopping for about three weeks before making this purchase. I am very happy with my Outback and would highly recommend Sandy and the team at FSH to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! :) More
The whole process was deceptive. They sold me a Volvo and the car had a major problem with the transmission. I bought an extended warranty on this vehicle and when I eventually traded it in, I was promised a full refund by the dealership only to receive 92%. There excuse was that they forgot to send the paperwork in on time. I have never experienced anything like this at any other dealership and would recommend for everyone to avoid these people like the plague. Their practices are deceptive and they just care about customers. I even had a check removed by someone there from my glove box while my car was in for service. I find all of this stuff unbelievable in todays world. I have dealth with other Faulkner dealers with good success but not these people. It makes me wonder about the owners and their letting practices like demonstated to me continue. More
