This is the 2nd Subaru we bought from Roland Zuk. The first was a necessity, we needed it quickly. We wanted to come back to Roland, since he treated us so well with the Impreza that we bought for our daughter. There are many options and controls to learn about with a new car. Roland helped us decide what we needed, and what we could do without. The order was a breeze, and when the car arrived, Roland kept us informed as to the schedule for our delivery. I also want to mention that throughout the process we were treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. Even as we picked up the car, Roland showed us all the features and controls. My mind was already made up that I was going to get a new Forester, since I already had total success with a 2009 model. Expecting to find better pricing locally (in NJ) at this time of year (Oct), I was dis Forester, since I already had total success with a 2009 model. Expecting to find better pricing locally (in NJ) at this time of year (Oct), I was disappointed when a local dealer told us, "... if I have a better offer, come back and they'll see if they can match it." So what was I supposed to do, run from dealer to dealer and price??? To my delight, a friend recommended Faulkner's in PA., and they ran with the ball from start to finish to insure that I had the best deal to satisfy our needs in a Forester. We did nearly everything via phone and Mr. Zuk followed up with phone calls, faxes, pricing and taking care of all the details involved when going through the process. My model was an upgrade from my original Forester and all we need do is review the paperwork and pick up the car. Needless to say working with Roland Zuk and the team at Faulkner's was a pleasure.
