I found a car I loved and was ready to buy until the finance guy came over. He was super misogynistic talking down to me and basically telling me the that unless I financed through him I was doing it wr finance guy came over. He was uneducated in the type of loan I had and was unwilling to listen to me or work with me at all unless I was going to finance through them. They also had promised me yesterday that they would hold the car for a week with a deposit and then today they were unwilling to do that. There was no customers in the store when I was there and now I understand why. Save your time and money and stay away from that shady finance guy!!! More

I had a problem with my Subaru I couldn't get the key out of the ignition on the second day. During the sale they offered me an extended warranty I turned it down. I called them knowing I didn't have an extended warranty just hoping they would do the right thing and stand behind the product they sold being it was only 2 days. That didn't happen. The key problem is sometimes there and sometimes not. It is however a known problem among Subarus. All I had to do was Google it and I did that before I called them. I called them on March 22nd I talked to Ziad he said he would talk to his used car manager and get back to me. It is now March 27th I have not heard a word. It's the not getting a call back that has angered me the most. I was willing to pay to have this problem diagnosed but they didn't even give me that option. Rather Ziad was more of I got your money middle finger to you pal. I would never deal with this dealership again More
