Dylan and Kyle were easy to work with. Dylan is easy to talk to while waiting for the paperwork to be processed. We test drove 2 vehicles and each one had to be brought over, and it was all done with a smile. He was also very patient as I was looking for several very specific features, with a lower budget, and had to visit and test several options before finding a vehicle which suited my needs. Less than perfect This was my 8th purchase from Faulkner and I feel my least satisfying. I HATE the fact that the Subaru factory warranty is no longer available and th This was my 8th purchase from Faulkner and I feel my least satisfying. I HATE the fact that the Subaru factory warranty is no longer available and that the financing is sketchy. Everyone needs to run a profitable business but cutting corners isn't the way to keep a customer. When I make my next purchase I will call other dealers with specific questions before going to the showroom. It will still be a Subaru but may be with a dealer who appreciates their clients and not just the dollar. This review has nothing to do with my sales person or tech mentor. I also classify your finance person as suspect but that might be the job itself. More
