I took it to my local dealership, Faulkner Subaru, wondering if I would get quality service since I didn’t buy my car there. My worries proved to be unfounded, however. The moment Cori picked up the phone and asked me what was going on with my car, I knew I was in good hands. That crucial first impression over the phone should never be underestimated. My wife and I had recently moved to this area in search of work after I had been furloughed from my job in Indiana due to COVID-19. We were in a brand new town where we didn’t know anyone, trying to make every dollar stretch, and feeling particularly vulnerable with a car we had just purchased. Cori stepped in and became an advocate for us, dealing with a long, frustrating, drawn out process between the discount car lot that sold me the car and the warranty company that was balking at the coverage claim. It was more than two weeks of a loaner vehicle and daily advocacy, and my car was finally approved for repair. I cannot say enough about my amazing experience with Faulkner Subaru. They genuinely invest in customer service and satisfaction, and I will be a customer for life. More
