After a lot of research we started our journey for a new car at Faulkner Subaru and we were interested in the new Subaru Ascent. I test drove a 2025 Subaru Ascent and I was comfortable in it. We then test car at Faulkner Subaru and we were interested in the new Subaru Ascent. I test drove a 2025 Subaru Ascent and I was comfortable in it. We then test drove 4 other vehicles; however, I did not feel the same comfort in the vehicles. Our sales associate, Bryce Calloway, reached out to see how our journey way progressing. We called Bryce and went back in to look at the 2025 Subaru Ascent; only to notice there was a beautiful 2024 Subaru Ascent with a markdown and that caught my eye. We went for lunch while they got the car out of the showroom and ready for me to test drive it only to find that it just fit perfect!!! We decided then that that was the vehicle that we wanted. We went back the next day to pick up the 2024 Subaru Ascent and Rand Masouh is who helped us with the financial part of the transaction. We went to a Subaru "Refresher" Appointment about 3 weeks after we had purchased it and Jared Neff gave us a fantastic one on one to just go over the different features on this Subaru. Overall, everyone that I talked to at the dealership was extremely nice and always polite. I have to thank the people there for not being "pushy" in any way, which made my experience even better.
