My sales consultant was the opposite of the nightmare care salesman (new or used), especially with lone women,(condescending, pushy, trying to get you to buy more than you want, etc.) , and in my many ye care salesman (new or used), especially with lone women,(condescending, pushy, trying to get you to buy more than you want, etc.) , and in my many years of buying cars on my own, I have been sleazed out by a number, and walked right out of showrooms. So, while I have always loved cars, I have always dreaded buying them. I bought this car post-serious-motor-vehicle accident. I was replacing the car in the accident which had been totaled. I was in pain and not at my best. From the first, Roland Zuk, my sales consultant, was congenial, informative, articulate, respectful, and a joy to work with. He was accommodating, he listened to me and what I wanted and did not want. And never once did he treat me like a stupid woman who knew nothing about cars. A first. Even my last car, which was 5 years old, was purchased through a young man who had no customer relations skills. But I wanted the car and blew it off. (Don't they train these kids?) In any case, Roland was very patient with me because I was not at my best. And he happens to be a person of education, respect for others, sensitivity, and caring for people. Unfortunately, I suspect too many dealers may not recognize that those attributes are excellent for car sales consultants. Lack of desperation and maturity helps, too. End of excessive verbiage. I was hesitant to go to yet another dealership and have them run my credit and lower my score even more than it already was. Everywhere I went I was either denied or if I was approved the interest rates we them run my credit and lower my score even more than it already was. Everywhere I went I was either denied or if I was approved the interest rates were 18-20% the fees the bank charged because of poor credit were truly outrageous which made my monthly payments higher than I could afford AND they all needed lots of down money. Joe Metzer, Nancy McCabe and Pete Boyce helped me so much! I was given an awesome interest rate and I was NOT charged any crazy bank fees! This kept my payments to where I could afford. I am sooo extremely greatful to Faulkner Subaru. My car search is done and they have given me a chance to improve my credit. I will recommend them to anyone that asks! A million Thanks!!!!! Scheduled appointment at dealership with Jennifer C.. Met with salesperson upon arriving and that just started a very pleasant car buying process. It did help alot that I did do research about cars and bought one in 2012. The sales team is very knowledgeable and make every effort to make your visit pleasant. We got a great deal and purchased the 2013 Outback. we are having a few items installed and even setting up that appointment was arranged with my time in mind. I would recommend this dealership to all. I have not dealt with service yet but I am confident they will make dealing with them just as pleasant. Great job Faulkner team. More

After more than 20 years of dealing with Becker Subaru, and having a not-so-good last visit we decided to visit Faulkner to see what they're availability was. Becker did not really have the Forester we wer and having a not-so-good last visit we decided to visit Faulkner to see what they're availability was. Becker did not really have the Forester we were looking for and our usual salesman (Bob) tried to pursuade us into an Outback. After spending 3 hours, it was just time to "go home and think about it". This is what brought us to Faulkner, because in the long run, our "Forester" was sitting on the front lot looking for us. Joe Metzger was courteous and polite, new his vehicles, and was very pleasureable dealing with. There was no haggling, just gave us a fair deal, and we drove home with our new car. After more than 20 years of driving subaru's, we have found our new dealership home. Thank you and keep up the great work. More

We visited 6 dealerships in a week and Mark was, by far, the most knowledgeable and skilled salesperson we worked with. He listed closely to what we were looking for and let the car sell itself. My Nephew, in his early 20's, wanted to show me & another relative a car he was interested in buying. He brought me to the lot, and a salesman walks over, doesn't bother greeting or even looking at another relative a car he was interested in buying. He brought me to the lot, and a salesman walks over, doesn't bother greeting or even looking at anyone, but his potential sale, which I thought was rude. The sticker on the car window didn't have the mpg, which is probably a sales tactic, cause when I asked what it was, we all had to go to his desk to find out. He didn't answer our question without first getting my nephews contact info. I said "we won't take any more of your time, but thanks for your service". The guy was pushy, but my nephew said he was gonna talk it over with us, and the guy laughed in a condescending way because we all looked young (20's & early 30's). I can't say anything about the quality of work or even price, but customer service & friendliness is important to me, and I would NEVER shop here again!!! More
