Best Internet Sales Team in NJ/PA Area After deciding upon the exact model and accessories we wanted in a 2015 Forester, I contacted nearly a dozen dealerships in NJ/PA simply to get their After deciding upon the exact model and accessories we wanted in a 2015 Forester, I contacted nearly a dozen dealerships in NJ/PA simply to get their best competitive price quote to quickly close a deal. Scott Flaherty and Faulkner Subaru's whole internet sales team, handily won our business. Scott was honest, fair and fast, providing the full list of all fees necessary to determine the 'out the door' price. He clearly understands how the internet has changed the traditional car sales model into an open competitive environment and he never played any old fashioned sales games. Faulkner's price quote was the least expensive of any NJ/PA dealership, beating the next nearest by almost $700 and the least competitive (from a dealership we visited and had a relationship with) by more than $2000! The dealership also has access to a large inventory and had our exact model, trim line and color, whereas most other dealerships could only offer their price with a promise to try to get the car in their next shipment When we went to inspect the car and meet Scott, we were immediately struck by his friendly and helpful personality. He flexibly worked around our schedule (out of town business trip) to quickly close the deal and pick up the car. His dealership immediately matched the best trade-in offer we had received to date on our old van. He handled all of our questions and advised us to call him personally to set up our future service appointments. He earned our complete trust and clearly understood that he was not just selling us a car but starting a long term service and business relationship. We intend to take our future business to Scott and the large family of Faulkner dealerships. What higher praise could be said about a car dealer? More

From the first contract he was friendly, respectful and professional, and made the entire experience of purchasing the Legacy a pleasure. Scott truly knows what customer service is really about - he listened to our needs and wants, guided us to the car that fit those needs and didn't try to hard sell something we didn't want. He was NOT pushy, & when we left Friday night to "think about it", he was understanding & kind! He gave us the car fax to refer to & the bottom line on price!! It actually pushed it right where I wanted it to be!! It was not exactly the truck my husband was looking for, but I knew in our price we were looking for, it was the best value for the money & he finally agreed too! We came back on Saturday & bought the truck! Scott was so awesome, I texted him & he always responded to answer my questions & was never pushy! Pushy KILLS me!! haha! I purchased a certified pre-owned car for myself in February and a few months later I was back with my son to get a car for him. I cannot say enough about the staff - friendly, concerned, experienced. They made sure we got the right cars for the right price and worked hard to get us both to payments we could afford. I've never seen a staff work so closely with each other to serve the customers needs. I tell everyone how great my experience was and refer them to Faulkner. There is a Subaru dealership closer to where I live - but I will gladly drive the extra miles to go to Faulkner. Outstanding!!! More

My first Subaru I never really look forward to buying a car. Although dealerships promise you a no-pressure experience, it's rare to actually experience one. When I first walked into Faulkner, I intended on buying a new car only after we turned in our lease (which was in a few weeks). I talked to Kim who assured me that I wouldn't go wrong with a Subaru (I mean, really. What else would she say, right?). Needless to say I'm skeptical of any salesperson (especially car sales people). Anywho, we test drove the Impreza. I liked it. I told her I'd be in touch after speaking with my wife. She was like, 'OK. Here's my card.'. Ok? What do you mean Ok? Aren't you going to try to ram this thing down my throat? (as I said - skeptical). My wife and I returned. We test drove the car - again - and then we asked her to run the numbers. We reminded Kim that we weren't in a position to buy it at this point (because of the lease) and we wanted to get a true financial picture. She obliged. I mean really - Knowing she wasn't going to get a sale that day and still she ran the numbers? Long story short 'ish, we decided to buy used and not purchase the new car. We went back to the drawing board and found the Forester I'm driving today. Kim was great. She was flexible, responsive, kind, funny, and honest. Perhaps it's because I told her I don't like the experience of buying a car. Maybe it's because she was just doing her job. Maybe it's just because that's who she is. Either way, my experience was not only 'not horrible' (which says a lot), it was almost pleasant. To slam some icing on top of the already good cake, the manager, knowing we had a four-year-old son, offered us tickets to see a local baseball team that night. Well done Faulker, well done. More
