Smart girl, my wife. An hour out of our way, but a much different car buying experience. Our first (and only) dealership visited was Faulkner Subaru, where we met up with Ziad Abdelmassih, who listened to our need of trim line, options and colors, and within 30 minutes produced the exact vehicle we described. A test drive, a fair price and financing, and my wife drove off with her Forester two days later. Notably absent from the process were the fraudulent visits in and out of the "sale manager's" office. Take it from a guy that would prefer a root canal to the typical new car buying experience, Faulkner Subaru is first class (even their coffee is good!). Ziad is a true sales professional who thoroughly knows his product and treats buyers with respect and not a hint of the trickery that seems to be prevalent in the industry (yes, even in Subaru dealerships).
