Back to school I was impressed with the effort Morgan put into helping me understand my new car. I am 79 years old and my last new car was a 2003 Impala with none of I was impressed with the effort Morgan put into helping me understand my new car. I am 79 years old and my last new car was a 2003 Impala with none of the modern features of my Subaru. Due to the virus, this young lady had to stand outside the car in 94 degree heat and try to educate me on the features of my new car. She was very patient and succeeded. More

Got everything started via text and phone. By the time we got to the dealership most of the process was already put in place. They were very transparent about every fee and cost and did not try to pressure sell at the end for additional services and mindless add-ons. Every step of the way they stated exactly what was going to happen and how much it would cost there were no surprises. Very good job by Jared and Kyle. More

Dylan and Kyle were easy to work with. Dylan is easy to talk to while waiting for the paperwork to be processed. Nothing was too much bother for anyone-everyone spoke to us and several members asked if we would like water or anything. We test drove 2 vehicles and each one had to be brought over, and it was all done with a smile. Dylan really knew the product line and was able to answer all of our questions and there was no sales pressure or game playing. More

Sean Williams, who was new to working on the sales floor, was very personable and helpful, so it helped me to feel more at ease doing something I'd never had to before. He was also very patient as I was looking for several very specific features, with a lower budget, and had to visit and test several options before finding a vehicle which suited my needs. Should I ever need to return to Faulkner, I will specifically be requesting to meet with Sean, as he made the first experience a positive one! More

Morgan and I had set up an appointment to come back and discuss anything that I had questions on regarding all the tech and bells and whistles that this vehicle has , but that was not going to happen for obvious reasons. Morgan changed gears and reached out to me via text and email and answered the questions I had. Could not be happier with her diligence to customer service and my satisfaction.
