While some repairs and service is more expensive than going to an independent mechanic, a lot of things are priced competitively or even better. An example recently was new tires. The dealer put new Continentals of my choice on the car cheaper than the online tires dealers could. My wife is now leaning towards buying another car through Faulkner because of my experiences.
